Key job roles:

  • Managing team members and assisting them on daily basis with sales and related issues
  • Liaison with and reporting to state managers
  • Generating and promoting sales through personal visits
  • Meeting reasonably set KPIs / targets on monthly basis
  • Providing training and support to team members on the field
  • Travelling with team members to field allocations and road trips outside Brisbane
  • Implementing innovative methods of motivating and managing teams for better results

Required skills:

  • Ability to lead, drive and motivate teams of 10-15
  • Confidence to liaison with top-level executives
  • At least 3 months of sales experience mandatory (telecommunications industry preferred, but not mandatory)
  • High professionalism and excellent communication skills, time management skills, and team-orientation
