Every Gigaforce staff member receives comprehensive sales based training from day one - whether they are selling door to door, operating from our call centre or nurturing complex corporate deals. Through role plays and workshops, they develop effective skills to establish relationships, identify needs and efficiently close sales.
These skills are continuously enhanced with mentoring and by sending senior team members out to accompany sales personnel during the sales process.
As you'd expect, only those with the most professional approach, exceptional communication skills and impeccable sales results are invited to join our account team and work on corporate sales.
